The Privacy Policy described in this document relates to information collected from the following websites owned by Histidea: histidea.com, agoko.be, slidespace.net and ipscon.org. Histidea is the party responsible for all data processing and is legally represented by Histidea N.V., Edgar Tinelstraat 70, 9112 Sinaai, Belgium. Histidea will only collect your personal information if you filled in a form to request information. We process data in compliance with the requirements laid down by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this privacy statement, we will explain which personal data we collect and for which purposes. Note that company data (which does not contain personal data as meant in the definition of the GDPR) is not covered by the GDPR. How we collect and use your information
Your personal information is maintained and controlled by Histidea only and is not shared with any third party without your approval. For some countries, we may request your approval to forward your information to an accredited distributor. We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal contact information to other companies. The Histidea websites contain forms that may request you to provide your name, mailing address, e-mail address and phone number. We use this contact information to send promotional material about our company, products and campaigns. If you have purchased our software and/or services or expressed an interest in Histidea products, we may use this information to notify you of new products, updates, or other information. You may choose not to receive this additional information (see "How to unsubscribe", below).
How to unsubscribe
Histidea sends email messages and postal mail to announce events such as training courses and webinars, product upgrades, new product information, etc. You may choose to not receive these types of correspondence. To remove your name from e-mail or postal mail lists, please send us an e-mail at info@histidea.com. Note: Customers cannot unsubscribe from operational correspondence, such as emails concerning ongoing mutual agreements, partnerships, collaborations or projects.
Cookie policy
Histidea applies ‘Google Analytics’ to gain an understanding of how visitors use its websites. ‘Google Analytics’ uses cookies to update data with regard to website visits. This information (including your IP-address) is processed by Google. The maximum retention period of the Google Analytics cookies has been set to two months. reCAPTCHA
Histidea uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 with the sole intention to fight spam and abuse on its websites in order to ensure correct and timely handling of submissions by visitors who are truly interested in its products and services. Histidea explicitly acknowledges that the service is not used for any other purposes whatsoever. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms can be accessed from the reCAPTCHA popup at the bottom right of the website window.
